Grant with Zambia Continued a Long-Term Commitment

District 7610’s Strategic Water Alliance and Rotary Club of Luanshya, Zambia, completed their latest global grant, bringing clean water and sanitation to four schools in the Copperbelt region. Over 12 years, this partnership has delivered 39 projects valued at more than $350,000, impacting thousands of students. The most recent grant introduced new waterborne toilet facilities, sinks, and showers—funded through the innovative “Annual Fund Exchange” model that maximized Rotary’s matching resources.
